SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase. Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Please note, sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or credited. We do not offer refunds on antique items (unless damage occurs in transit) due to the fact that all the pieces are entirely unique and will show wear consistent with age.  In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it at hello@chervalstudio.com, attaching a photo to the email, a brief description of the damage, the order number and shipping information.

We understand how disappointing this can be and will do our absolute best to replace them as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email, we will follow-up with next steps. Please note, however, any faults reported after 5 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear. 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Cherval Studio will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Cherval Studio. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
